Surprise return for veteran songsmith Tony Clay

A BRITISH-born singer/songwriter, Tony Clay, who in the '80s worked as a musician with Youth For Christ and now lives in Auriac, France, has released the album 'Rain'. It is Clay's first release since 1983's 'When You're Down At The Bottom'. CR
