John Waller hits with "While I'm Waiting" after movie exposure

A LARGELY unnoticed song "While I'm Waiting" on the 2007 album 'The Blessing' by singer/songwriter John Waller has become a major Christian music hit thanks to the song's exposure in the hit feature film Fireproof. After the film's release "While I'm Waiting" shot into the Top 5 on iTunes Christian Songs chart. A new Waller album 'While I'm Waiting' was released by Beach Street Records on 7th April. The 11 song album also includes a bonus Fireproof Remix of "While I'm Waiting" featuring audio soundbites from the movie. The Georgia-based songsmith, once known for fronting the band According To John, said about his hit song's message, "The important thing to remember while we are waiting on God is to not just wait, but to actively wait. Serve, worship and be faithful with what you have, where you are. . .even while you wait."
