Stormzy named in the Measuring Music report

RAPPER and Christian Stormzy is mentioned in a new study by UK Music which has just been published chronicling the growth of the UK music industry. The industry grew by 2% in 2017 to contribute a record £4.5 billion to the economy. The Measuring Music report, which covers all areas of the industry, showed a £100 million increase on 2016. Exports of UK music soared in 2017 by 7% to £2.6 billion, thanks to acts including Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa, Rag'N'Bone Man, Stormzy and Harry Styles.
