SOUTHERN GOSPEL'S David Phelps is to release his fifth Christmas album 'It Must Be Christmas' this month. The album is made up of Christmas evergreens like "Go Tell It On The Mountain" and "In The Bleak Midwinter" as well as some new songs from David. CR
