ICC launch new label for "ethereal music", Ebb & Flow.
EASTBOURNE-based ICC Records have announced the launch of a new record label, Ebb & Flow. The new imprint will cover "albums and resources with an ethereal style." The first album on the label will be 'Sanctuary' by Iskra String Quartet. The project will include two pieces by Charles Wesley which have never before been recorded. Iskra, which means "spark to a flame", include in their line up James Underwood, who has previously worked with Ronan Keating and Sinead O'Connor and Charlotte Ecksteen, who has performed and broadcast widely as a soloist and with chamber groups, orchestras and pop acts.
ICC's Phil Loose said about the new label, "ICC are honoured to be working with extremely talented people whose music brings refreshment and time for reflection. Whilst many of us like to live life loud, we also need time to re-charge and relax. Ebb & Flow brings you beautiful music creating time for prayer and space for reflection."
