Mainstream rock band Duvall speak of Christian faith.
ROCK BAND working in the American mainstream Duvall gave an interview recently where the band's lead singer Josh Caterer spoke about his Christian faith. Duvall grew out of Caterer's previous band Chicago-based Smoking Popes, who had two albums through Capitol and toured with acts like Foo Fighters and Morrissey. In 1998 Caterer had a conversion experience which brought "a complete change in my understanding of life." He left the band and spent some years growing in the Church before forming Duvall. The band's debut album 'Volume & Destiny' was released in late 2003 on Asian Man. Said Caterer, "I consider us a Christian band. The Christian content of our stuff is pretty obvous if you listen to it. We mention Christ but not in every song."
