Gospel worship singer Ruth Dickson given dance music makeover

LONDON-based gospel worship singer Ruth Dickson is creating interest with a single, "My Jesus You Reign". Read a press release, "When Ruth was asked by producer Ibe (Giant Killer Productions) to re-mix one of her songs, she was delighted. He wanted her to venture into the Afro-beat zone, a fusion of fast African percussion sounds with modern up - tempo electronic sounds. He sent her a two-minute sample of his fusion for the song. Initially, the mix took her by surprise as it sounded completely different from anything she had done before. It was a challenge for her, but never one to shy away from one, Ruth took it on board.
