Charles Billingsley returns with 'Never Forsaken' album

POPULAR inspirational singer Charles Billingsley has released his first album in eight years. 'Never Forsaken' features covers of songs originally recorded by Simon & Garfunkel and Phil Collins as well as autobiographical tracks like "Baby I Blinked" and truth-telling songs such as the title track. CR
