Ricky Ross and Lorraine McIntosh ink deal with Cooking Vinyl
BRITISH independent label Cooking Vinyl have signed Ricky Ross and Lorraine McIntosh of Deacon Blue. The pair are finishing off their as yet untitled new album which is being recorded in Los Angeles and is scheduled for released in September 2009. Ross has recently been writing for such acts as Gareth Gates, James Blunt and Ronan Keating as well as presenting the Another Country programme for BBC Radio Scotland. McIntosh has recently been acting in a number of films including Ken Loach's My Name Is Joe and Lone Scherfig's Wilbur Wants To Kill Himself as well as three episodes of the TV drama series Taggart.
