@just me - People like you embarrass me. No music is evil, no music is good — music is amoral. Surely a persons heart is what counts. It doesn't matter if you like choir music, rock music, trance music or whether it has a beat or not.

People like you make christianity seem like a cult for weirdos. A lot of what you say is your personal belief and you should acknowledge that. Don't attribute your personal opinions with christianity, it does no good.

I grew up listening to upbeat positive electronic music. I did not like the drug consumption at raves and realized that late night parties were forms of luciferic worship. However as with any music, it can be dark under toned as well as light under toned. Most raves contain dark repetitive undertone music, so I condemn that scene.

What we don't realize is that dance is a form of worship. Utilizing light based, upbeat, and positive electronic music, one can worship the lord Yeshua Hamashiach, and dance to him in the form of praise. That being said, I am in the midst of creating beautiful transient like music that is Kingdom oriented. In this, I wish to open the heart and allow for hearts to pour out before the lord.

Lets let God use our talents as HE sees fit, and get lost in his almighty presence, just as we would in Heaven.

Discern the spirit of the music around you. Keep dark, unimpressive music away, and embrace beautiful love centered, Jesus (Yeshua) oriented music!

In His Love, Praise creates the atmosphere for God to dwell in!

Any music can be inspired by the master Deceiver, the enemy of God's saints. Trance is now being used by His disciples to bring the Gospel message to the ends of the earth and possible too to be used as worship music to inspire believers to revere and bow down in adoration and worship to the creator of all things visible and invisible.

I didnt realize there was such a thing as Christian Trance. Trance is kind of what you make of it. Especially non-vocal tracks. For instance, when I first heard Mike Foyle's "Shipwrecked", I immediately thought of ocean, gray skies, but I didnt know the name of the track til later. Some one else might have different thoughts when listening to this song. Either way, trance music to me is what you make of it, and thats the beauty of it. Which explains why theres not many videos for the non-vocal tracks.

1 Timothy 4:1-2 The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron.

Proverbs 16:25 There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death.

“Trance dance” involves middle eastern practices that is said to give spiritual awakening, emotional well-being and an inner journey not limited to our normal perceptions of time and space. Sometimes it involves the participants to be blindfolded and feel as if they are one with the world. It claims to place participants in a parallel reality where they “shape shift and become the animal spirit inside each of us”.

Trance dance is not of our Lord--you are being deceived into following false eastern religions. Notice how with trance dance you are focusing on yourself and not glorifying the Lord. Satan wants you to focus on yourself and the world. By the way, did you know that we are not to love the world?

1 John 2:15-17 Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For everything in the world—the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does—comes not from the Father but from the world. I have been investigating the whole trance seen myself. Im very into the music but I also seem to be pulled by other forces trying to corrupt. I believe Satan plays a role in alot of music. He was the musical Angel in heaven you know. I believe he tries to manifest through music. But music in itself was created by God. Its what spirit your in when your really playing or listening to that music. When you lok at trance, techno, and dance all you see is clubbin, ex pills, drinking and sex. You see how Satan has distorted. Music is powerful and we where created musical creatures to worship. Its built in us. We must worship the one true God though. Lets bind together and pray that God will intervene into the world of trance, dance and other music that Satan is distorting

Hey, what happened to Low Roof records and the compilation? Does anyone know of the latest and best Christian Dance initiatives around? Hillsong London did a dance remix album called ":Jesus is" - it was great! But alas, for some unknown reason Christian Dance music just doesn't get off the ground and it doesn't do well commercially (at Christian stores etc.). Does anyone have any thoughts on this? And do you think it's high time to see secular quality dance music in the Christian music scene?

dose any one know it Armin van Buuren is a catholic and if his music is not satanistic ic any way? over the weekend i heard a story about the techno movement in the 90 and its connetion with satanist.
