The 'I Dreamed A Dream' album by Susan Boyle to get Christian distribution

IN A SURPRISE move, Integrity Music are partnering with Sony to put the music of
Britain's Got Talent's Susan Boyle into Christian bookshops. The 'I Dreamed A Dream' album contains such songs as the Monkees' "Daydream Believer" and Julie London's "Cry Me A River" as well as such gospel hymns as "How Great Thou Art" and "Amazing Grace". 'I Dreamed A Dream' was produced by Steve Mac (Kelly Clarkson, Leona Lewis).

The 48-year-old Boyle lived an anonymous life in her small village in Scotland, caring for her aging mother and volunteering at Our Lady of Lourdes church. Boyle always wanted to be a singer, but her music performances were confined to singing in church and karaoke at pubs in her village. Boyle has said that her mother had encouraged her to audition for TV talent search Britain's Got Talent, but it was only after her death in 2007 that Boyle determined to seek a musical career in honour of her mother. CR

It's not surprising that christian music stores would want to promote Susan Boyle's cd album since she has included two of the all time favorites, "Amazing Grace" and "How Great Thou Art" on it. What is truly amazing though is the fact that she did, since she is catholic . I am protestant and I really love the Irish, catholic or protestant. Susan is destined to be a major uniting force in this world with her beautiful voice and choice of songs. Go Susan!!!!!
