Rock's Skillet and rappers in Official Christian & Gospel Albums Chart

THE WEEKLY chart compiled by The Official Chart Company indicating Britain's Christian & Gospel Music Albums sales and streams was recently a particularly significant one for American rock band Skillet. The chart for 3rd to 9th February indicated that the band's 'Vital Signs' best of album has been in the Top 20 for a record 400 weeks.

Another point of interest, the chart featured five hip-hop albums (by NF, Kanye West and Montell Fish) in the 10 best sellers while, with the on-going decline of Britain's Christian retailers, only two contemporary worship albums (by Elevation Worship/Maverick City and Hillsong) showed in the sales and streams listing. CR
