Phillip Carter And Sounds Of Victory release national debut

THE MINISTER of music at Mt Ephraim Baptist Church in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, Phillip Carter, had his first national release out in the US on 16th June on Comin' Atcha. 'Songs From The Storm' by Carter and the vocal ensemble Sounds Of Victory (SOV) is the group's fifth album. Talking about his change in lifestyle after his conversion, Carter said recently, "I was throwing parties and go-gos on Saturday nights in the same building where I now play the organ in church on Sundays."
