Cross Rhythms Festival 1992 to be held at the Devon County Showground.
THE CROSS Rhythms Festival, which despite rain this year was described as a "huge creative and spiritual success" by its organiser Chris Cole, is moving to a bigger and better location for 1992. It is to be held at the Devon County Showground near Exeter during 10th to 12th June 1992. The roster of artists to appear has still to be announced though Cole is confident that the bill will include "all that is best in contemporary Christian music". The festival, previously called Rock Gospel, has been held at Okehampton, Devon in past years. Chris Cole is excited about the festival's expansion.
"We're already serving local churches in the Plymouth area. We've now got an opportunity to extend that to the whole of the West Country as well as attracting Christian music enthusiasts from all parts of Britain. These are exciting times for the development of the ministry of the magazine, the radio programmes and the festival."
