The Sunbeam Singers, Tony Goodacre, Revelation for Whitby event

AFTER the successful 13th annual Whitby Gospel Music Convention held in May, a Winter Warmer one day version of the event has been announced, to be held at Whitby Pavilion on Saturday 17th November. The Convention will feature comedian Bobby Ball; the Indian family group now living in Scotland, The Sunbeam Singers; the veteran country singer Tony Goodacre; the Northern Ireland Southern gospel trio Revelation; the singer formerly with Live Option, Samuel Purdy; the Scottish family group The Gardiner Family; country skiffle man Dave Clemo; brass ensemble Stockton Citadel Salvation Army Band; and others. The convention is organised by singer Paul Wheater, known as "Yorkshire's Jim Reeves." CR
