LATIN POP star Jaci Velasquez, due to play at a Milton Keynes showcase concert later this month, took home her second Billboard Latin Music Award recently. Her fourth Spanish language album 'Milagro (Miracle)' on Sony Discos won Latin Christian/Gospel Album Of The Year. CR
