Veteran Charlie Daniels credits God for touring and recording energy

THE CURRENT issue of Country Music People magazine features a five page article on country and Southern rock veteran Charlie Daniels. The 78 year old singer/songwriter was asked how he found the energy to maintain his still vigorous touring and recording schedule. Daniels responded, "It's the good Lord. The older I get, the more I realise that every good thing that's ever come to me has been the blessing of God. My talent, my family, my child, my grandchildren - everything has come because God has blessed me. It's not a cliché that I'm saying. It's an absolute truth."
