Amy Grant's new release is due out in America on September 9th

THE RELEASE DATE of Amy Grant's new album 'Behind The Eyes' has now been set in America for September 9th. The first single from the album will probably be "Time". 'Behind The Eyes' will also include a remake of Amy's classic "El Shaddai". Amy performed "El Shaddai" at the GMA-week in Nashville and also introduced her audience to a song she never recorded and probably never will: "After The Fire" which received a lot of attention since Amy sang it live on the Oprah Winfrey show. The Oprah episode was a special 'Mother's Day' edition. Amy surprised her mother who was in the audience and played the tune with Matt Slocum from Sixpence None The Richer.
