A 7-song EP (well, six songs and a remix) introduce British punters to Gunther Schroeder, Simon Willis and Stephen Rothquel aka MIC who are whipping up a storm in their I native South Africa and on the recorded evidence here will soon be building overseas support. Call them pop dance if you're a stickler for pigeonholing. "Catch Me" has an amusing intro based on, of all things, the words "tra la la" before it cracks an excellent verse/chorus/rap song with a memorable hook "I know you'll catch me when I'm falling." "Dry Land", inspired by a visit to Mozambique has almost a retro Depeche Mode sound while "Round And Round" has a solid house groove with a poppy hook.

4 me it's the outrageaous album which i have listen to ,i'm a fan of electromusic , i appreciate specifically the track catch me, as a christian i encourage the ban d to percievere in making more electro music , despite the varied taste of many fans, but i don't have the track of mic catch me, even the album stories from a dry land but i still prefer this music than the world's music cause this music invigorates me, it spurs me and inspire me as well, go on mic God enlightens your future.

I'm a great MIC fan but have lost the 3 Cd's I had from them all that I bought after seeing them live in Auckland New Zealand, shortly after I had a serious car accident when I rolled my car back over front broke both legs, cut my face etc etc... My cd's where all in my CD stacker at the time which was crushed in the trunk of my car... since then I have not been able to find a replacement of my favourite CD Stories from a dry land... Do you know where I could get a copy?
