I replied "they love me".

He said after tutting: "They must be very liberal" and then went on to say "God doesn't like you," which made me laugh out loud. I lent over to him and replied "I am sorry, you are so wrong He loves me very much".

Abraham Lincoln said:
"It is difficult to make a man miserable while he feels worthy of himself and claims kindred to the great God who made him".

Why did this young man react to me that way? Was it because he did not like what I had been saying or the way I said it (not one piece of bad language was used). Maybe it was because he has a certain understanding of what a Church leader should be like and should behave and I did not fit into his evangelical box! If this was the case, this makes me very happy indeed.

Please, never try and fit into other people's expectations but only desire to become the man God wants you to be.

So today are you going to be a pleasure to be around or miserable? Are you going to be good news or bad?
