From what was arguably my favourite album of 2000 comes this re-worked lilter, reminiscent of early Level 42 interfacing with Jamiroquai, and if you think that it can't get as good as that, well think again. What began life as a gentle piano/strings album closer has been remixed with the strings more prominently positioned and a cool percussion groove added for good measure. Not only that, but you also get a radio mix, lounge mix (with prominent piano), a dub mix, a fascinating djembe mix (where Amanda Dee's soulful vocal is accompanied by nothing more than the aforementioned percussion) and a bonus cut, also from the album, "Pop Icon". Whilst at this stage the single is only available on import, may I remind you that the album from which it is lifted, 'Vision Inspired By Emmanuel' can be obtained through Spirit Christian Distribution and is an essential purchase. In a word - glorious.
