He's back! The man who has done for Christian music what Adrian Plass has done for Christian books is back, and someone, somewhere is going to say "Ouch!". Everyone who has released a worship album in the fast 12 months had better duck for cover, 'cause Catley's gunning for ya, and he doesn't often miss! Thing is Mr C isn't against worship, or church, or acts of faith, but, like the aforementioned Mr Plass, he is astounded by the sheer stupidity of some of the nonsense he sees around him, and if we're honest, we know he's right. On this offering, Catley gives us "Wholesome Entertainment For The Young Christian Man", a jibe at the narrow minded, "Hot Air For Jesus", a sort of alternative marching song, plus the laugh out loud funny praise medley (a send up of those instrumental albums, playing some of his own songs from 'Make The Tea'). Seems to me that Mr Catley is either a cynic or a fairly radical prophet...'cause as we know, he couldn't be both, for the biblical prophets would never have said anything cynical or cutting to God's people...NOT!
