This is the second solo CD from the multi-talented songwriter, producer and director. The CD's title is taken from the book of the same name written by Pastor Bill Winston of The Living Word Christian Center in Chicago where it was recorded live. The CD holds nothing back from the listener and the preaching styled first track "The Word Of The Lord" is a great opener to this upbeat project. Lawrence is joined by his choir The Co who are deservedly given several opportunities to demonstrate their own individual vocal abilities. This is evident on the "The Blessing Is On You" on which the lead is sung by one of The Co, Kim McFarland-Anderson in a powerful style reminiscent of Ann Nesby. "Back To Eden" is a fast paced, energy packed track that will ensure you are up on your feet dancing. The CD contains a bonus enhanced message from Pastor Bill who gives you an explanation of The Law of Confessions. The prize track would have to be the ballad styled remake of "The Blessings Of Abraham" taken from the 2006 album 'Finale Act 1'. This second CD is consistent from start to finish and demonstrates Chicago-based Donald Lawrence's never ending wealth of talent.

Product Description
GRAMMY winning producer and recording artist Donald Lawrence is gearing up for his second Zomba/Verity Records solo CD project, The Law Of Confession’ The project is inspired by the forthcoming book from Pastor Bill Winston of The Living Word Christian Center.
Donald explains “A law is simply a principle, based on the predictable consequence of an act. Confession in the Greek language is homo-logeo which means to say what has been said. There is a spiritual law for confession: you just say what God has already said... ‘Speak The Word.’”
The Law Of Confession was recorded at the Living Word Christian Center in Chicago on 30 July with Donald supported by a 10 member ensemble of session singers called ‘The Co.’
