Some albums inspire dancing, others relaxation. This album is like a quality red wine; not to be rushed, best with close friends in the evening, and likely to leave you with a content smile on your face. This is the debut album from Canadian singer/songwriter Aaron, alongside his long standing friend Peter Davyduck who played bass and helped produce the album. With each track having a gentle tempo consisting of acoustic guitar with a sedate atmosphere and light percussion, the ambience created is one where the lights are dimmed and all the cares of the world have slipped away into irrelevance. The instrumental colourings come from a Hammond organ, grand piano and some orchestral strings. Aaron has a soft, caring voice that soars gracefully across the octaves. The musical style is reminiscent of Jack Johnson with its positive uplifting vibe and laidback attitude. Lyrically, the songs ooze scriptural reassurance with "Jesus In You" identifying Jesus as our source of peace, being particularly strong. A real talent.

This album is a reflection of Aaron. Smooth, full of grace and tasteful all in one!

This album is awesome, and I concur with the reviewer. Peaceful, yet with a great underlying groove, and lyrics that are absent of unnecessary fluff. Now one of my favorite albums ever and worth picking up!
