Reviewed by Norman Smith This has everything in just three songs! The first, “No One Said (It Would be Easy)” is instantly accessible. A good melody, well sung, polished, full production, catchy chorus…Bingo! The second, “Put Me In Your Pocket”, is utterly dire. Recorded who know where with inept miking, scratchy vocal, tinny guitar the only instrument, embarrassing use of mixed metaphor… Uh-oh. The third, “In Too Deep”, is altogether better and more intriguing by a country mile, but would benefit from more accompaniment and a much fuller sound, but this certainly has potential… So so. The brainchild of the Bingo Bros, Terry Burgess thus delivers a three-song rollercoaster, but you can’t help thinking it would be really good to see a more thorough collection full of highs. Will that happen? Hope so.
