This is a place for you to be heard in your weeping, in your weakness and in your needs. A place to ask for water for your soul. Build your relationship with God, cry out, groan, ask your God and tell Him your needs. And receive His help.
Original Prayer
Broken Hearted
I have recently had my heart broken. I am really struggling to move on. The lady I care for (Katie) won't even talk to me any more. I have been fasting all day seeking God in this. If I am to move on then ask God to work a miracle in me and give me peace and acceptance. If Katie and I are right for each other then ask God to work a miracle in our circumstances to bring us together. Please also pray for Katie as she is struggling with many issues and pray that even if we are not right for each other, we could still reconcile our friendship. Thank you

Broken Hearted
Hi Cameron.
Wow - you know what? I could have written that prayer! 8 months ago I parted from the woman I loved for 2 years. Nothing malicious - just bad timing I believe.
Love is a powerful force - so don't expect it to disappear overnight. It's a matter of time. I'm thinking Katie already knows how you still feel about her. If she wants to she will reconcile. Try not to force the issue as this can just drive her further away.
You are doing the right thing in submitting in prayer - God can't force love and free will, but He can grant you peace in this situation. Just allow Him to work in You. His plans might be different to yours!
I long to put things right with my ex, but I know in my heart now is not the time.
So Father I lift up Cameron to You Lord - You know his heart - You know Katie's. Give Cameron peace in this situation by knowing that You are in control! Your word says You have plans for us.
Please help Katie resolve whatever trouble she is facing. Give her the strength to endure and remind her that she is loved!
Remind her that in Cameron, she has a supporter! That in her times of need that he will be their wether in friendship or relationship.
In Jesus name I Pray, Amen
