British rockers Quench record EP with mainstream man Joe Gibb
POPULAR British rockers Quench have recorded an EP with Joe Gibb (Funeral For A Friend, Jane's Addiction). Said the band's drummer Andy Davis, "Whereas in the past Quench has always recorded in familiar studio settings, particularly ICC Studios in Eastbourne, we headed to the Welsh hills away from everything that might distract us. We had a new team to work with in a newly built studio. It was a real baptism of fire in many ways as our new recording and production team had not worked with a Christian band like us and we hadn't worked with guys at the top of the mainstream industry before. But we wanted to 'do things differently' with this recording and our bravery sure paid off." The working title for the project is 'Songs Of Rage?'

"Reality Radio" was finally released on iTunes in August 2008 just in time for our mainstage slot with Fightstar and MXPX at Greenbelt. We are really proud of the EP and it is getting some great reviews from iTunes users.
We've also relaunched www.quenchuk.com with some links to all the places you can check out Quench online.
